  1. This offer is available to eligible parents or carers who register their child for a new childcare place at a participating Little Nursery and agree to the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions.
  2. A £50 holding deposit must be paid to reserve the child's place. The deposit is managed in accordance with the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions and is separate from the promotional credit.
  3. The offer provides £200 childcare credit, which will be added to the child's nursery account after their formal start date.
  4. The credit will be used automatically against childcare fees that would otherwise be payable by the parent or carer. It cannot be used to pay the holding deposit, registration charges, late-payment fees or optional extras.
  5. If the eligible childcare fees on the first invoice are less than £200, the unused promotional balance will remain on the child's account and will be applied to later eligible childcare fees until fully used.
  6. Government-funded childcare hours will be claimed in the usual way. The promotional credit applies only to childcare fees remaining payable by the parent or carer after any government funding has been applied.
  7. The childcare arrangement continues under the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions. To end the arrangement, the parent or carer must give one month's written notice or make one month's payment in lieu of notice, as set out in those terms.
  8. One month's written notice is also required to reduce the child's regular booking pattern or childcare commitment. Any reduction will take effect only after the notice period has expired.
  9. The offer may be redeemed only once per child across the Little Nurseries Group and cannot be combined with another introductory promotion unless agreed in writing by the nursery.
  10. The credit has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. It applies only to the child and booking for which it was accepted.
  11. If these promotional terms conflict with the nursery's standard childcare terms and conditions, these promotional terms will apply only in relation to this offer. The standard childcare terms and conditions will apply in all other respects.
  12. Nothing in these terms affects the parent's or carer's statutory rights.
